This year, Sparrow held its first-ever Halloween costume contest! Team members shared amazing costume photos of their friends, families, pets, and themselves.
Halloween has always been a memorable holiday for the Sparrow Team. As a fully remote and distributed team, we’ve gathered together on video calls in 2020, 2021, and 2022 to show off our best costumes.
As the Sparrow Team has grown over the years and in the spirit of scaling intentionally, we were excited to hold our first Halloween costume contest so our teammates could showcase their individual, friends/families, and pets’ costumes!

Kaitlyn used her magic wand to transform into “The Fairy Godmother” from the DreamWorks movie “Shrek!”

Some bunny went above and beyond for her costume, and that bunny was Abby ft. her bandmate!
Best Friends/Family of Sparrows Costume
When traveling for the holidays, look out for Eddie’s son, who will happily handle all of your luggage!
Best Sparrow Pets Costume
You’ve been warned - Adam has living proof that a witch and dragon likely won’t be the best of friends. But, they do make for some adorable costumes!
Honorable Mention
